Our stay at this riad was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail in the rooms was remarkable, from the stylish decor to the luxurious amenities like towelling robes and beautifully scented soaps. The breakfasts were amazing, with fresh fruit cocktails and homemade vanilla yoghurts. We also had a delicious dinner at the riad, which was better than many of the most expensive restaurants in the area. The staff, especially Mustafa and Abdul, were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. we highly recommend Riad 73 - you couldn't find a better place to stay.

We had such a delightful stay at this hidden gem in a bustling city. The moment we stepped into the riad, we were enveloped in a serene atmosphere that felt like an oasis. The attention to detail in the decor, lighting, and ambiance was truly exceptional. The rooms exceeded our expectations and the comfortable bed provided us with a restful night's sleep. The rooftop plunge pool was the perfect escape from the midday heat. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast was a treat with its variety and deliciousness. We even had dinner at the riad one night, and it was the best meal of our entire trip. Despite the initial appearance of the neighborhood, once inside the riad, it was pure luxury and tranquility. I highly recommend this riad for an unforgettable Marrakech experience.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel located on a quiet pedestrian street, just a few steps away from a small arch. The location was fantastic, as it was close to both historical sites and a wonderfully authentic Moroccan restaurant. The room was beautifully decorated and offered a comfortable space to unwind after a long day of work. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided exceptional service and were always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast served each morning was a delightful spread of local delicacies, which provided a great start to the day. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to fellow business travelers.
The only downside I experienced during my stay was the absence of a TV in the room. Although it wasn't a major inconvenience, it would have been nice to have the option to relax and unwind with some entertainment after a busy day.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a delightful start to the day, offering breathtaking views of the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions and away from the busy streets.
The lack of a shower curtain made the bathroom a bit messy, and the signboard was difficult to spot, leading to an encounter with someone demanding money for showing us the way.

This riad is situated on a small, quaint pedestrian street, tucked away in an alley close to the city center and with superb views of the Atlas mountains. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, with fresh flowers added on the second day. The breakfast is delicious and the rooftop terrace with a plunge pool is lovely.
The wifi connection could be improved.

Amazing staff. Very well organized - trips, transfers, inhouse activities like SPA. Reasonable prices. Offers beer and wine. Good rooms, comfortable. Great rooftop terrace. French-Moroccan hospitality, scents, food, kindness.
Felt very well taken care of, no complaints.

Spent Easter in a charming riad located in the heart of the medina. Loved the modern yet traditional decor and the helpful staff who made our stay pleasant. The rooftop terrace offered beautiful views of the city and the breakfast was delicious, with fresh bread and local fruits. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and close to local restaurants and markets.
Our room was a bit small and lacked privacy, with no bathroom door or curtain. the narrow alley leading to the riad could be intimidating at night.

Quaint and charming hotel with friendly staff. Loved the authentic Moroccan decor and the breakfast spread was delicious. Location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center, perfect for exploring the local markets and attractions. Rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.
Room was quite small and lacked natural light, but it was comfortable enough for a romantic escape. The neighborhood can be a bit daunting at night, so it's important to be cautious if walking around after dark.
